Roni Yaari
Yoga has always been an instinctual practice for Roni. The connection of movement and breath was a natural way of stretching for her. As her practice continued and her learning of yoga grew deeper she found that yoga was not just a way to loosen muscles but that it was a way of life. The focus she found in her physical practice brought self awareness and balance into her daily life.
As a teacher Roni wishes to share the benefits of self awareness with her students. Roni incorporates discussions in her yoga classes that originate in the philosophies of yoga and how they pertain to everyday life. The students get involved in the discussions, sharing from their own lives and as each student shares their personal experiences it enhances the lives of the others in the room.
'Roni does not only talk about her philosophy, she lives it. She really tries to make Yoga affordable so that many people can take advantage of learning about this practice. But let me tell you, this is no ordinary yoga studio. (been there, done that) This is where you learn to be better in body and spirit.' - Judi Jakhelln
'Roni made sure to teach me the right way to position my hands in downward facing dog so that I would be able to practice yoga for twenty years without damaging the ligaments in my hands. It is because of her care and loving instruction that I believe that I will be practicing yoga for that long.' - Fran kriegel"

"'Yoga fundamentals with Greg is a great opportunity to deepen your knowledge of the asanas. In his classes you will find a mix of advanced, intermediate and beginner students. I personally love taking his classes and students seem to enjoy the opportunity to expand their knowledge.' - Roni"
Leslie Van Bell
Leslie began practicing yoga in the year 2000, when she was pregnant with her first child. However, it was not until she began practicing at Inner Spirit that she learned that yoga is much more than a physical practice but a way to live life.
Leslie is a Certified Hatha Yoga instructor and is thrilled to be teaching at Inner Spirit while she continues to explore and deepen her own personal yoga practice. Her classes focus on instilling feelings of empowerment and fostering the belief that yoga can enhance each student's life. It is Leslie's goal for each of her students to feel welcome, at ease, educated and inspired. She hopes to provide the tools for her students to progress on their own personal journeys, while experiencing all that yoga has to offer.
Bianca Passiglia
I don't like writing in third person, so I'm just going to talk a little bit about myself. My name is Bianca and I'm so happy to have the opportunity to teach here at Inner Spirit. I've been practicing yoga for 3 years. I was introduced to yoga through my voice coach. I'm a singer and was having problems with my breathing, so he suggested I start taking yoga classes to increase my lung capacity. I began taking Bikram yoga classes, and loved it, but it just wasn't enough and I wanted to learn more! About a year later, I researched teacher training and enrolled myself into the Yoga teacher training institute of Long Island and graduated in Dec 2008 with a 200 hr certification. I was recently introduced to Acro-yoga, (www.acroyoga.org) and am inspired to bring this practice to the students and family of Inner Spirit. I encourage everyone to check it out, and if you have any questions about it, please feel free to contact me! Looking forward to sharing my practice with all of you.

Jackie Incorvia

Jackie Incorvia
Jackie's personal yoga practice, which began in 2005, coupled with a growing interest in Eastern philosophy took her to India in 2008 to study classical Hatha yoga. Shortly after, she earned her 200-hour certification with Yoga Teachers Training Institute in Queens, NY. In 2009, Jackie began teaching Eclectic Hatha and Vinyasa classes largely influenced by the Ashtanga system around Suffolk County, Long Island, New York. Jackie's passion to share this ancient science and to deepen her own personal practice are the driving forces behind completing her 500-hour teacher training with Yoga Teachers Training Institute in December 2011.
Her classes incorporate philosophy influenced by the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and inspiration that you can take off of your yoga mat, and into your life. She also integrates strong detailed alignment-oriented technical instruction to increase self-awareness and deepen the practice. Jackie's style blends several traditions to create a dynamic cohesive flow, the aim of which is to develop strength, flexibility, stamina, balance, and concentration in order to instill inner peace, confidence, and empowerment in each and every one of us.

Angela Williams-Jones
Angela's journey has taken her through a series of events that continue to be a challenge for many, but became a wonderful life altering and empowering experience for her. In 2004, Angela found herself to be morbidly obese, at which time she made a conscious decision to lose weight and live a better and more active lifestyle. After 18 months of solid dedication, Angela shed an excess of over two hundred pounds and began to seek activities that would not only tone her body, but enrich and balance her mind. It was then, that she discovered yoga at Inner Spirit.
As her personal practice strengthened, Angela's desire to learn and do more intensified. Angela found refuge in the various styles, flows and practices of Yoga and Kundalini which led her to leave a seventeen year career as a Corporate Human Resources Executive and pursue her destined existence. An existence that gave her the ability to couple her many and varied talents with the gifts of her practice.
Furthering her seven day asana practice with chanting, mantras and meditation, Angela has been sharing her transformation, compassion, energetic spirit and enthusiasm with everyone through the practice of yoga. Angela is a Certified RYT-200 Yoga Instructor under the tutelage of David Teitler, who has been practicing for over forty years and was trained by Alan Finger. Angela was recently honored with the spiritual name Daya Prakash Kaur, which ultimately means the Lioness who is filled with kindness, compassion and the rising light of her soul. Angela is also a Certified Reiki Master/Trainer and offers Reiki Level I, Reiki Level II and Master Teacher training, attunements and healing practices upon request.
