Beginner Bellydance

This is a basic class designed for the beginning student. Classes begin with a warm up to shape the body, increase flexibility and tone and strengthen the muscles of the lower and upper body. Then students are taught individual moves of bellydance technique as well as the foundation skills of isolating each part of the body. Each class is designed to balance the entire body, improve coordination and increase stamina.
This unique style of bellydance embraces traditional Middle Eastern, Indian, tribal, and modern dance and is tremendous fun while being great exercise! |
All Levels Bellydance
The all levels classes are more advanced than the beginner classes. Beginners are welcome to join but we recommend that you have one or two classes under your belt first. The class follows the same routine as the beginner, but with more advanced moves and elaborate choreography. |
