Acro-Yoga Workshop

All levels, all ages, all people are welcome to join the AcroYoga Community. This workshop provides a safe environment to explore trust, connection and playfulness. No yoga experience required, no partner needed. Come learn the fundamentals of this joyful and beautiful practice that artfully combines three ancient traditions: In this delicious 3-hour workshop you will experience circle flow, asana warmup, partner flow, partner drills and inversion practice, and flying!
